Of course we do! Our customers are a fundamental part of our business, and we strive to ensure we leave smiling customers after every appointment. For customers who are not satisfied with their cleaning, you need to let us know within 48 hours of your initial appointment. We will schedule your home for a re-clean, and two different cleaners will perform the appointment at no charge. If you are still unhappy, we will refund the entire service cost.
